O-RINGS SIZES: all sizes available, from small to big diameters MATERIALS: We have gained experience in the manufacture of a wide range of materials, including standard epdm, nbr, silicone, hnbr, fkm...We provide versatile materials: unaffected by most corrosive solvents or chemicals, with electrical conductivity properties or insulation properties, suitable to withstand very low as well as very high temperatures, acceptable for food processing. Wide offering of colours available. CUSTOMER SERVICE: We have a comprehensive stock of materials: nbr, silicone and fkm, available for quick deliveries. For specific requirements, we provide our customers with assistance in the manufacture of non-standard moulds, in the development of specifically required materials and of customized packaging. SPECIAL O-RINGS: fabricated by means of compressing or hand cutting to preserve their original properties or in PTFE or fep filled. OTHER SERVICES: our o-rings are suitable for any application or specific use, i.e. automatic installations. We provide graphite, talc o-rings as well as Teflon or plasma o-rings, in increasingly greater demand recently. QUALITY: We inspect every stage of the o-ring production process to ensure the highest standard of quality. Our quality control inspection procedures start from the roughness and rigorous cleanliness of the mould to testing products and components throughout the moulding phase. Before moving forward to the packaging phase, we examine each mould though an x-ray system. |
