TT pneumatic actuators

Compact rack and pinion actuators for quarterturn movement and modulating, Double Acting (DA) or Spring Return (SR). Body of Anodized Aluminum in black colour as standard, other finishes avialable. The actuators comply fully with all the relevant industry standards for interfaces and connections such as ISO 5211, DIN 3337, VDI/VDE 3845 and NAMUR.

C-type Designed for less demanding applications and operation of ball valves, butterfly valves, plug valves and other 90º turn devices. End Stop Adjustment for open position. Pressure range for DA 21-4803 Nm and SR 7-1888 Nm (6 Bar). Temperature range -20º to +80ºC (-4º to +176ºF).
E-type Designed for operation of ball valves, butterfly valves, plug valves and other 90º turn devices. Dual end stop adjustments, located outside of the pressurised cylinder, for open and closed position. Pressure range for DA 90-1655 Nm and SR 32-586 Nm (6 Bar). Temperature range -20º to +80ºC (-4º to +176ºF). Integral body adaptor kit, which is interchangeable with a wide range of valves for direct mounting by using an interchangeable insert sleeve.
S-type For less demanding applications. Designed for operation of small ball valves, butterfly valves, plug valves and other 90º turn devices. End Stop Adjustment for open position. Pressure range for DA 8-101 Nm and SR 8-40 Nm (6 Bar). Temperature range -20º to +80ºC (-4º to +176ºF).
